Client Executive

Role Summary

The role focuses on ongoing client engagement, relationship management with senior client stakeholders, service governance, and coordination between the client's local stakeholders and ISV Tech's global account and delivery teams. ICT Account Manager acts as a point of contact and advisor within the existing engagement, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuity and quality of service delivery. The role does not have authority to conclude, amend, renew or terminate contracts, agree pricing or material commercial terms, or make binding commitments on behalf of ISV Tech; such decisions are made by authorized personnel outside Australia.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with relevant CxOs and senior business leaders within the assigned Champion Account.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the client’s business context, priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate executive-level engagement and support client satisfaction within the existing account.
- Coordinate and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews in conjunction with the relevant global account and delivery teams.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of multi-year account plans in accordance with strategy approved by the relevant global account leadership.
- Provide client-specific input and insights to the relevant global account and delivery teams.
- Identify client requirements arising within the existing account and communicate them to the appropriate global commercial, solution and delivery teams for evaluation.
- Support internal coordination in relation to potential initiatives identified within the existing client relationship, subject to evaluation and approval by the relevant global teams.




- Support the preparation of client-specific input for proposals prepared by the relevant global commercial and solution teams and participate in client discussions in a supporting capacity. The role does not have authority in Australia to conclude, amend, renew or terminate contracts, agree pricing or other material commercial terms, or otherwise make binding commitments on behalf of ISV Tech. Any final decisions and approvals in relation to pricing, material commercial terms and contractual commitments are made by appropriately authorised personnel outside Australia.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders in relation to agreed client solutions and initiatives.
- Mentor Client Partners and support capability-building across the broader account team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across client strategy, value creation, and relationship management.
- Operational & Community Engagement
- Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices through thought leadership and mentoring.
- Financial Monitoring & Account Reporting
- Monitor account financial performance and provide relevant analysis and information to the global account leadership responsible for P&L; and commercial decisions.
- Support effective delivery and identify matters requiring consideration by the relevant global account teams.
- Monitor financial performance and report relevant information to global account leadership.





Provide input to global account leadership regarding account performance against approved financial parameters.

About you

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT account management, client partnership, or business development within the information technology or technology consulting industry.
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise client accounts, developing account growth strategies, driving ICT services sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and C-level stakeholders, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes.
- Experience preparing and presenting ICT proposals, managing account profitability, and identifying current business opportunities.

Skills and Competencies

- Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to engage and influence CxOs and senior business leaders.
- Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration with global teams and various internal departments.

Relevant Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, or related discipline). Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in client success/relationship, project management, or leadership (e.g., CBRM, CSAP, ITIL, PMP, etc.) are advantageous.
