Accounts/Payroll Officer – Casual | Belmont WA

DIAL-AN-ANGEL Perth is looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts/Payroll Officer to join our friendly team at our Belmont office.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts professional looking for consistent part time hours, a supportive team environment and a role where attention to detail really matters.

The Role

Location: Belmont, WA
Job Type: Casual
Hours: Every Monday & Tuesday, 9:00am–3:00pm
Hours: 12 hours per week

You’ll be responsible for supporting our payroll and general accounts functions, ensuring all financial information is accurate, up to date and handled with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Process fortnightly payroll on time and accurately
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Perform general bookkeeping and accounts administration
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with end-of-month reporting as required
- Provide general administrative support to the team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 2–3 years experience in accounts and payroll
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- A reliable, positive and team focused approach
