About the Role

We’re looking for a Beauty / or Warehouse Fulfilment Specialist to join our tight-knit team in a hands-on, detail-driven role. If you're the kind of person who thrives on ticking tasks off a list, never leaves a job half-finished, and genuinely enjoys structure, this is the perfect role for you.

This casual position runs between the hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, with rotating shifts throughout the week.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in beauty or fashion retail (Mecca, Sephora, Priceline, etc.).
- Experience in retail on the floor, serving customers, and dealing with stock.
- Warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail – nothing gets past you
- Naturally organised and enjoys structure, systems, and process
- Confident using computers, Shopify, POS systems, or similar platforms
- An effective problem-solver who’s not afraid to ask questions
- Physically capable of handling boxes and warehouse tasks




- A reliable, proactive team member with a can-do attitude
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8-4pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Picking and packing beauty product orders
- Managing inventory and stock levels, including packaging
- Batch tracking and managing expiry dates accurately
- Receiving deliveries, unpacking, and shelving products
- Assembling packaging and boxing stock
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse space
- Managing courier pickups and dispatch
- Using programs like Shopify and Google Sheets to track and manage orders
- Occasionally supporting with customer service tasks

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
