We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our friendly team at Thynk Café + Bar. You’ll be working in a modern, welcoming café environment where great coffee, fresh food, and warm customer service are at the heart of what we do.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, takes pride in their work, and is happy to jump in across all areas of the café when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Take orders, operate the POS system, and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all café areas
- Restock supplies and ensure the café is always presentable




- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior barista experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who’s also confident working independently
- Availability across weekdays (early starts) with some flexibility
- RSA certification

Pay: $26.44 – $48.57 per hour
