We are seeking an experienced Migration Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked within an immigration or migration firm and is confident managing visa matters from initial consultation through to lodgement and finalisation.

You will play a key role in supporting our Registered Migration Agents and wider team, ensuring smooth case progression and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout their visa journey. This position requires flexibility to work across both of our offices, located in Lalor.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end visa applications across various visa subclasses such as 482, 186, 407 and skill assessments (VETASSESS, ACS, EA, ANMAC and TRA)
- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documentation
- Liaise with clients, the Department of Home Affairs,



and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Australian migration legislation and timelines
- Maintain accurate client records and case notes
- Assist migration agents with case preparation and follow-ups
- Provide clear, skilled communication to clients throughout the process

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience working in an immigration or migration firm (essential)
- Strong understanding of Australian visa processes and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with immigration case management systems (preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
