Head Chef – Queen Ester, Manly

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our new restaurant in Manly.

Queen Ester is a young, energetic restaurant with a strong street-food vibe. Expect busy services, good music and a lively atmosphere. We are building a kitchen culture that is professional, fast, and fun to work in.

The role requires an experienced chef who can take full responsibility for the kitchen and lead the team with confidence.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a chef
- At least 3 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with ordering, stock control and supplier communication
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen systems
- Ability to develop and document recipes
- Ability to run the kitchen independently and take full responsibility for operations

We are looking for someone reliable, organised, and passionate about food, who can build a strong kitchen culture and help grow the restaurant.
