Clean Feeling is looking for a Casual Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is local to the Whitsundays region, has long-term availability, and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.

This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent work with the opportunity to build more hours over time.

About the Role
This is an ongoing casual position starting with 2 guaranteed shifts per week, with additional shifts available as the business grows and during busy periods.

Shift times may include:

- Morning: 4:00am – 7:00am
- Afternoon: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

You may be required to work one or both shifts depending on site needs.
Some flexibility with start/finish times.

Availability Required

- Friday and Saturday availability essential
- Flexibility for split shifts when required
- Availability during weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods
- Ability to pick up extra shifts at short notice is highly valued
- Reliable long-term availability is essential

What you’ll be doing

- Commercial cleaning of offices, amenities, and shared spaces
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising, and waste removal
- Maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Delivering high-quality cleaning with strong attention to detail

What we’re looking for

- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy




- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Adaptable and dependable with availability across varying shifts
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Willingness to obtain White Card, Police Check, and Blue Card if required
