Your responsibilities:

- Warmly greet each and every guest.
- Provide attentive service while exceeding guest expectations.
- Assist with all floors related duties ensuring overall guest experience is always priority.
- Provide answers to all guest related enquiries and questions with poise and professionalism.
- Uphold our hygiene, health and safety at all times.
- Take and accurately relay guest orders to beverage teams and kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organised and productive front of house.

About you:

- A good team spirit, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to develop knowledge in all areas of food and beverage.




- A love of hospitality and guest service.
- Excellent spoken communication skills.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- RSA certification is required.
