Retail Photographic Employee & Customer Service Representative

Casual Positions – CBD & Suburban Stores across Australia.

Bring the magic of Christmas to life! We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer‑focused team members to shoot, print and sell Santa photographs in a busy retail environment.

About the Role

As part of our Christmas Photography Team, you will:

- Capture high‑quality Santa photographs
- Print and package photo products
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing their photos
- Handle payments confidently and accurately
- Provide warm, friendly and efficient customer service
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep the experience running smoothly

Key Responsibilities

- Photography & Printing: Confidently shoot Santa portraits using DSLR equipment (photographic experience preferred — full training provided). Print and prepare photos to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Deliver warm, friendly, and skilled service to every family. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing their photos and handle payments confidently.
- Retail Operations: Support daily store operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace,



and ensure stock and equipment are used correctly.
- Presentation: Wear the provided uniform in a well-presented manner to reflect the premium Christmas brand.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with Santa, Helpers, POS staff, and fellow photographers to keep the experience running smoothly.

About You

- Passion for customer service
- Clear communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to use initiative
- Problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude
- Comfortable handling payments and assisting customers with purchases
- Well-presented and reliable
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- 20+ years old

Availability

Must be available throughout the Christmas season (End Oct – Dec), including rostered weekends, mandatory training, Christmas Eve, setup, and pack-down.

Casual seasonal position across CBD and suburban stores.
