Skilled Labourer / Telehandler Operator – Schofields | 8 Months Work

We’re looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer with strong Telehandler experience for an 8-month construction project in Schofields.

We’re after someone who is genuinely confident operating a Telehandler on an active construction site, but is also happy to jump off the machine and get stuck into skilled labouring and general site duties when needed. And also have a material hoist ticket

The Role

- Operating a Telehandler safely and confidently around site
- Operating a material hoist
- Moving and positioning materials
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Assisting trades across the site
- Skilled and general labouring
- General site clean-up and organisation
- Helping out wherever needed to keep the job moving

What We’re Looking For

- Strong Telehandler operating experience




- Material hoist ticket
- Relevant Telehandler ticket
- Good construction experience
- White Card
- Driver licence and reliable transport
- Confident working around trades, plant and active construction sites
- Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
- Positive attitude and willing to get stuck in

This is a good opportunity for someone looking for consistent work, with approximately 8 months currently expected on the project and ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.

We’re not looking for someone who only wants to sit on the machine. We want someone multi-skilled who can operate the Telehandler confidently and is equally happy to jump off and help the crew wherever needed.

Pay: $39.00 – $45.00 per hour
