We’re looking for a confident, reliable and hands-on Café Supervisor to join our team at Bella’s Wonderland.

You’ll help lead the café team, keep service running smoothly during busy periods, and make sure our customers receive friendly, efficient service every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support the café team during shifts
- Lead by example and maintain a positive team environment
- Manage busy service periods and ensure smooth café operations
- Confidently make quality coffee and other café beverages
- Take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks when required
- Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are maintained
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure café areas are clean, organised and well presented
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Train and support new team members
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and staffing

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
- A strong communicator with valuable attention to detail
- Happy to be hands-on and jump in wherever needed
- Available to work weekends and school holidays (full time / part time position)

Previous café or hospitality experience is highly preferred, and supervisor experience is an advantage.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
