We're looking for experienced Casual Chefs to join our kitchen team at the BentSpoke BrewPub in Braddon. Whether you're looking for extra shifts, flexibility around study, family or other commitments, or simply want to work in a fast-paced venue alongside a great team, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Casual Chef at BentSpoke, you'll play an important role in delivering quality food and supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

You'll be responsible for:

- Preparing and presenting dishes to BentSpoke standards

- Assisting with food preparation and service across your assigned section

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

- Supporting stock rotation, labelling and kitchen organisation

- Following opening, closing and operational procedures

- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

- Supporting seasonal menu items, specials and service initiatives

About You





We're looking for someone who brings:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

- Previous experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge

- The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

- A passion for great food, hospitality and craft beer
