Are you an experienced Room Attendant who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable and welcoming rooms?

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Melbourne, VIC.

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS' HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIA REQUIRED

Multi-site work may be required when needed, but can also provide opportunities to gain broader experience across our operations.

YOUR ROLE

As a Room Attendant, you'll help make sure every guest walks into a room that is clean, fresh and ready for their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and servicing guest rooms Making beds,



dusting and vacuuming Replenishing amenities and guest supplies Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards Assisting with laundry and linen duties Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards Following health and safety procedures Responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner Working with the housekeeping team to complete daily targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must have:

✅ Minimum 6 months' housekeeping experience in Australia

✅ Previous hotel/room attendant experience

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ High standards of cleanliness and presentation

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Reliable and punctual work ethic

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

✅ Valid Australian work rights

✅ Flexibility to work across multiple sites when required

IMPORTANT WORK RIGHTS REQUIREMENT

Working Holiday Visa holders will NOT be considered for this position.

We are looking for candidates with appropriate Australian work rights that meet the requirements of this role.
