TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing Sunshine West team.

You’ll be the link between our customers, technicians and workshop team — coordinating jobs, keeping customers updated and making sure everything keeps moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Scheduling servicing and repair jobs
- Coordinating workshop workflow and priorities
- Keeping customers updated on job progress
- Managing quotes, approvals and invoicing
- Working closely with technicians and workshop leadership
- Maintaining accurate job and service records
- Helping solve problems and keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Service Coordination, Service Advising or a similar role
- Automotive,



heavy vehicle, transport or fleet experience highly regarded
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident dealing with customers and technicians
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Good computer and system skills
