We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Trading Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing our online business across a portfolio of leading outdoor, footwear, ski and lifestyle brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves Ecommerce, enjoys looking at what makes customers click and buy, and wants to turn data and ideas into real commercial results. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Customer Care and Operations to make sure our websites not only look great but are easy to shop, commercially strong and constantly improving.

What you'll be doing

- Own the day-to-day Ecommerce experience: You’ll help keep our Ecommerce websites performing at their best. From merchandising products and managing promotions to ensuring campaigns and new product launches run seamlessly.
- Make our websites better: You’ll help shape how customers experience our brands online by managing Shopify content, improving navigation and product discovery, and identifying opportunities to enhance UX, mobile experience and conversion.
- Turn data into action: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should enjoy getting into the numbers and asking “why?” You’ll monitor key ecommerce metrics, analyse customer behaviour, track campaign performance and turn insights into opportunities to improve sales, conversion and the customer journey.
- Help bring campaigns and products to life: You’ll work closely with Marketing to make sure campaigns translate effectively online. You'll coordinate ecommerce product launches,



implement campaigns and promotions across the websites and ensure pricing, content and product information are accurate and live on time.
- Get involved in Amazon: Alongside our Shopify websites, you’ll also support our Amazon marketplaces by managing and optimising product listings, overseeing our marketplace performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and product visibility.
- Work across the wider business: Ecommerce doesn't work in isolation. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure customers have a seamless experience from browsing to delivery.

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and excited by Ecommerce. You'll have 1–2 years’ experience, be ready to learn, take ownership, and build your Ecommerce career.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience working with Shopify
- An understanding of ecommerce trading and merchandising
- A commercial mindset and an interest in what drives sales
- Confidence working with data and performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of customer experience and online shopping behaviour
- A willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
- Good communication and organisational skills




- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly regarded, but not essential
