Female Disability Support Worker – Hampton Park, VIC

Location: Hampton Park, VIC
Regular Shifts: Monday and Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $39.80 per hour

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a male participant living with anxiety and depression, helping them build confidence and maintain their daily routine in a calm and encouraging environment.

Fluent English is essential, as the participant values explicit, positive, and friendly communication.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Providing one-on-one emotional and practical support
- Assisting with daily routines while promoting independence




- Following the participant’s support plan with care and attention
- Maintaining open and respectful communication with the participant, family, and support team

What You’ll Need

- Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
- Valid ABN and full working rights in Australia
- Available to start as soon as possible
