Retail Manager – Pharmacy | Kenmore

$35–$40 per hour + super | Monday–Friday | Established & Busy Pharmacy

Are you an experienced pharmacy retail professional ready to take the next step in your management career?

We are partnering with a large, well-established community pharmacy in Kenmore to find an experienced Retail Manager to lead its front-of-shop operations and a team of approximately 20–25 retail employees.

The Role

Working closely with the pharmacy owners and leadership team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy, including:

- Leading, supporting and developing a team of approximately 20–25 retail staff
- Managing the overall performance of the front-of-shop
- Monitoring retail performance, reporting and key business metrics
- Managing relationships with suppliers and sales representatives
- Supporting stock management, promotions and merchandising
- Ensuring high standards of customer service across the pharmacy
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and retail performance
- Supporting staff training, performance and ongoing development

About You

We are looking for someone who already understands the pharmacy environment and is confident managing a busy retail operation.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous pharmacy retail management or senior leadership experience
- A solid understanding of community pharmacy operations




- Experience leading and managing a sizeable retail team
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Confidence working with reporting, sales figures and retail performance
- Strong computer and systems skills
- Experience with POS Works would be highly regarded
- The ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers

Experience with the pharmacy's existing systems would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right person.

- Monday to Friday hours, ideally around 8:30am–5:00pm
