Role Overview

EIR Labour Hire is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for civil construction and earthworks projects.

Where?

Civil construction and earthworks sites across Kadina.

How Much?

$50.00 per hour + super + overtime + travel. DIDO available for candidates not currently living/near Kadina (including LAFHA + accommodation + meals).

What Will I Be Doing?

Your day-to-day will include:

- Operating excavators (5T to 30T+) for trenching, bulk earthworks and grading
- Reading and working from civil drawings and plans
- Precise excavation for services, footings and civil infrastructure
- Working with other plant operators and labouring crews
- Completing daily pre-start checks and plant logbooks
- Following all site safety requirements.

MUST HAVE FINAL TRIM EXPERIENCE. GPS IDEAL.

When?

Hours: 7am - 3PM, Monday to Friday - Start date: 01/09/2026.

Who Will I Be Working With?

You'll be operating as part of a civil construction crew. Supervisors are experienced site managers who run organised, safety-first sites. Good operators stay busy - we have ongoing work for reliable people.
