We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Bundaberg area.

- Passionate about supporting people with disability (mental health)
- A deep understanding of mental health challenges
- Fluent English speaker
- Effective communicator and solid interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
What you need:
At least One year experience supporting mental disorder participants
Driver’s License and reliable fully insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening check
Cert 3 in Disability/Aged Care is an advantage
We have Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants across QLD and preference will be given to Support Workers who are willing to travel.
