Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage Sheertex’s website and online marketplaces, ensuring products, inventory, pricing, orders and promotions are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Shopify website and online marketplaces.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, images and catalogue data.
- Monitor inventory, orders and product availability.
- Manage online promotions and campaigns.
- Analyse sales and marketplace performance.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
- Identify and resolve listing, stock and order issues.
- Work with warehouse, customer service and technical teams.
- Support SEO and online merchandising activities.

Essential Requirements





- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with Shopify and/or online marketplaces.
- Experience managing product catalogues and inventory.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Excel Skills Required

Candidates should be confident with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, filtering, sorting.

Experience in homewares, bedding, linen or retail is an advantage.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
