About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services by overseeing service performance, managing supplier relationships, contracts, and governance activities, driving continuous service improvement initiatives, identifying and mitigating operational and service-related risks, and ensuring service providers deliver maximum value while consistently meeting organisational objectives, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.

We’re looking for
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure IT services are delivered effectively by managing vendor and service provider performance to achieve agreed service, commercial and quality outcomes.
- Supplier Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks that provide oversight of supplier performance, risk, compliance and value delivery.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyse service, supplier and commercial data to support decision-making,
reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder and Supplier Engagement: Facilitate governance forums, manage supplier relationships, and communicate service updates to promote transparency, accountability and collaboration.
- Vendor and Commercial Operations: Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding, support project delivery, and manage invoice validation, dispute resolution and payment processes to ensure effective supplier management.

Salary:
