Reformer Pilates Instructor

Studio NinetyFour is looking for an experienced, energetic and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This position requires regular availability on Wednesdays and Sundays.

We are seeking someone who genuinely lives and breathes Pilates and fitness, takes pride in their presentation and creates an experience that keeps clients coming back. You should be confident, friendly and outgoing, not afraid to connect with clients, show your personality and bring positive energy into every class.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver secure, challenging and engaging Reformer Pilates classes
- Create a welcoming, motivating and personalised client experience
- Remember clients’ names, goals, injuries and preferences
- Adapt exercises for different fitness levels, abilities and injuries
- Build genuine relationships with clients before and after class
- Encourage clients to rebook and support a minimum 80% retention target
- Help convert Intro Offer clients into ongoing members
- Promote Studio NinetyFour’s memberships, offers, events and challenges
- Maintain excellent studio presentation, cleanliness and equipment standards
- Follow the Studio NinetyFour class framework while bringing your own personality and teaching style
- Participate in team training, workshops, meetings and studio events
- Be comfortable appearing in photos and videos for the studio’s social media




- Work collaboratively with the team to grow the studio and its community

About You

- Minimum three years of Reformer Pilates teaching experience
- Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification and current First Aid/CPR certification
- Regular availability on Wednesdays and Sundays
- Strong personal connection to Pilates, fitness and a healthy lifestyle
- Professional, polished and well-presented
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable leading groups
- Warm, friendly and skilled at building client relationships
- Engaging and energetic, with the ability to motivate clients
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable and team-oriented
- Comfortable receiving feedback and developing professionally
- Sales-minded and confident discussing memberships and studio offers
- Open to being photographed and filmed for marketing and social media
- Interested in growing with the business and taking on additional responsibilities
