THE POSITION

- Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
- Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Stock control and rotation

THE PERSON

- Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
- Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery required
- NPC: Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
