Due to continued growth across our Truganina operations, we are looking for experienced and motivated Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Team Members to join our team on both part-time and full-time bases.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in being part of a reliable and supportive team. You will be working across a variety of client sites and operations, assisting with daily warehouse activities, forklift operations, and container handling.

This position is offered as a 12-month contract, with opportunities for ongoing work based on performance and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Forklift operation (Counterbalance and/or High Reach)
- Container loading and unloading
- Assisting with export container operations
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Pallet movement, restacking, and consolidation
- Receiving and dispatch duties
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping




- Supporting team operations to meet daily KPIs and client expectations
- Maintaining safe work practices at all times

About You

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience with container work highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and workplace standards
- Flexible to work across different sites when required
