About You:

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our patients and work collaboratively with our doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring and compassionate disposition with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm

Responsibilities:





The Practice Nurse will assist doctors with health assessments, chronic disease management, diagnostics, wound care and management, and documentation. The role requires upholding patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with legal requirements.
