As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Motor Mechanic to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

· Perform general mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles

· Inspect and diagnose faults engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems

· Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately

· Carry out tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment where required

· Conduct road tests to ensure vehicle meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards

· Repair or replace worn, damages, or defective components with attention to detail

· Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and job documentation





· Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety standards and workshop procedures

· Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

· Provide professional customer service when required

Qualifications and experience:

· Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 2-3 years or experience as a Motor Mechanic

· Solid knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair techniques

· Experience in tyre services, wheel alignment, and balancing is highly regarded

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy workshop

· Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices

· Strong problem solving, diagnostic, and time management skills

· Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship

· Availability to work weekends or extended hours as required

Base salary:

$80,000 - $85,000 a year - full-time + superannuation
