Fortyone Dining at CLUB CRONULLA is hiring casual or part time waitstaff to join the team.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bistro Waitress / Server to join our

hospitality team in Cronulla. In this role, you will act as the face of our bistro,

ensuring guests receive prompt service, accurate orders, and an exceptional dining

experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent

knowledge of our food and beverage menu, and multi-task efficiently during peak

service hours.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

 Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.

 Present food menu;

 Take accurate food orders using our POS terminal system (no table service);

 Relay special dietary requirements and modifications clearly to the kitchen

team.

 Carry and serve food safely to tables;

 Be able to work independently and in a team.

Station Maintenance & Side Work

 Clean, sanitize, reset tables;

 Set up tables for following shift (bookings);

 Follow strict health department regulations,



food safety rules, and sanitation

standards.

 Process payments efficiently via cash, credit cards, and digital payment

systems.

 Balance the cash drawer accurately and log tip shares at the end/start of

every shift.

Skills and Qualifications

 experience as a server or waitress in a restaurant or bistro environment is

preferred.

 Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with both customers and

kitchen staff.

 Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously without compromising

service quality.

 Availability: a mix of Mon -Sunday 11-3pm and 5-9pm.

Approx 15 to 20 hrs per week available.
