About Us

Global Packaging and Chefmaster Australia are established suppliers of food packaging, catering and hospitality products, servicing businesses across Western Australia and Australia-wide.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kenwick.

This is a permanent full-time, office-based position combining customer service, account management and internal sales. You will work closely with our customers as well as our sales, warehouse and accounts teams to ensure enquiries and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotations and following up with customers
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
- Following up sales opportunities and customer enquiries
- Assisting customers with product information and suitable product options
- Monitoring orders and communicating stock availability, lead times and delivery information
- Liaising with the warehouse, accounts and other team members to ensure orders are completed smoothly
- Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and order information in our systems
- Providing professional after-sales service and assisting with customer issues when required




- Supporting general sales and customer service activities as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to follow tasks through to completion
- Comfortable managing multiple customer enquiries and priorities
- Confident using computers, email and business software
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Interested in building long-term relationships with customers

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, account management, wholesale or B2B sales will be highly regarded.

Experience in packaging, hospitality supplies or a similar industry is an advantage but not essential, as product and system training will be provided.
