Job Summary:

Rojone Pty Limited is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer established in 1979, specialising in RF, microwave, GPS/GNSS, telecommunications and defence communications equipment. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and equipment

- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to determine project viability

- Develop and implement maintenance and repair procedures for mechanical equipment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 1 - 2 year of experience in mechanical engineering

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials

- Proficiency in CAD software





- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desired Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Experience with project management software

- Certification in mechanical engineering

- Experience working in a similar industry or environment
