About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support our sales team and help deliver a smooth

experience for buyers and sellers. This role is ideal for someone starting or growing their career in real

estate who is organized, reliable, and keen to learn. You will work and assist with daily sales activities,

property campaigns, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Support the lead agent with day-to-day sales tasks

Assist with property listings, marketing and advertising

Organize and attend open homes and private inspections

Follow up buyers and sellers by phone, email and SMS

Prepare contracts, sales paperwork and reports

Coordinate photography, signage and marketing materials

Keep client and buyer databases up to date





Handle incoming calls and general enquiries

Assist with negotiations and settlement processes

Attend training sessions and team meetings

Skills & Experience

Robust communication and people skills

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Professional presentation and manner

Current Real Estate Certificate

Willingness to learn and take direction

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
