An exciting prospect exists for a Registered Migration Agent to join us.
You will provide migration consultancy and assistance across a range of Australian visa matters, including:
- Student visas
- Temporary Graduate visas
- General Skilled Migration
- Partner visas
- Visitor visas
- 482 visas
- Employer-sponsored visas
- ENS visas
- Skills assessments
- State nomination matters
- ART appeals/review matters
- Other temporary and permanent visa pathways
Within This Role You Will
- Deal effectively with new and existing clients
- Provide accurate and professional migration advice
- Assess client eligibility and advise on suitable visa options
- Prepare, check, and lodge visa applications
- Draft submissions, statements, forms, and supporting documents
- Review client documents and identify evidence or compliance issues
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, skills assessment authorities, education providers, employers, and other relevant bodies
- Enter and maintain client information in the CRM and case management system
- Maintain accurate file notes, client records, and case updates
- Follow up with clients and assist with case progression
- Work with the education counselling and admin team to provide a professional client experience
- Stay up to date with migration law, policy, and procedure changes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current and valid MARA registration number — mandatory
- Sound understanding of Australian migration law, regulations, and policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, CRM, and migration-related systems
- Fluency in other languages will be highly regarded
