Who we are
We're a small pasta shop in Potts Point. The kitchen is compact, the pace is fast, and we finish early which means you actually get to have a life outside work. We care a lot about what we make and how we make it.
What you'll be doing
Working with fresh produce every day preparing and cooking to order during service. You'll work alongside the head chef and be a real part of keeping things running well. 30 hours a week, early finishes.
What we're looking for
You've worked at Chef de Partie level before and you genuinely love what you do. You're comfortable in a small, busy kitchen and you don't need hand-holding. You need to have full working rights in Australia.
