Job Description:

- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, product information, and stock availability across online sales channels.
- Identify and develop current online business opportunities, including e-commerce partners, marketplaces, and digital sales channels.
- Monitor online sales performance, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends, and prepare regular sales reports and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online operations and order fulfilment.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve online customer experience, engagement, and sales performance.





Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Experience in developing or launching online sales channels is highly regarded.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Good understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and customer behaviour.
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
