The Role: Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you will spend most of your time coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate records, scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with candidates and internal stakeholders and be responsible for delivering outcomes in recruitment, compliance, and hiring coordination. This role balances process management with recruitment delivery,



providing clear expectations and opportunities for growth from day one.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in administration, coordination, office support, or recruitment administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
