About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Coordinator to manage our clients day-to-day online store operations, improve product listings and search performance, and grow revenue through smarter merchandising and email automation. You'll work closely with the wider team from our clients Melbourne Road office, with one flexible work-from-home day each week.

What You'll Do

Order & Enquiry Management

- Manage the Ecommerce inbox, forwarding customer enquiries to the relevant stores
- Process orders by applying prepayment invoices and creating new order confirmation emails

Product Listings

- Review and improve existing product listings, including formatting, accuracy checks, and adding PDF downloads
- Create and publish new product listings as products are added to the range

Search Optimisation (Algolia)

- Review on-site search results and identify gaps or poor matches
- Improve results by adding synonyms and setting up redirects to relevant pages

Merchandising





- Add related and upsell products to listings, using sales data and AI tools to guide recommendations

Email Marketing (Dotdigital)

- Identify opportunities to build out marketing automations, such as abandoned checkout flows

What We're Looking For

- Experience in ecommerce operations, online merchandising, or digital marketing
- Comfortable working with product listing platforms and attention to detail in content formatting
- Familiarity with tools like Magento/Adobe Commerce, Algolia and Dotdigital
- Robust written communication skills for customer-facing email correspondence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Must be local to the Melbourne area and available to work in-office 4 days per week

Pay: $500.00 – $600.00 per day
