Paramount Fabrication – Experienced Fabricator / Boilermaker

Paramount Fabrication is a specialist fabrication workshop based in Bibra Lake, providing general industrial and complex custom fabrication services to clients across Western Australia. We're looking for a quality-focused, versatile tradesperson to join our growing team.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, operates independently and enjoys seeing a job through from drawings to finished product. You'll get exposure to a broad and engaging range of projects, in a workshop that values quality, efficiency and strong team culture.

About the Role

You'll take fabrication jobs from start to finish, interpreting drawings, preparing materials, and performing fabrication and welding to deliver a quality finished product. It's a great fit for an experienced workshop fabricator who's comfortable working independently across a range of materials and processes.

Skills & Experience Required





- Trade-qualified Fabricator / Boilermaker
- Demonstrated high-level TIG welding ability on aluminium and stainless steel — this is the core requirement for the role
- Minimum 4+ years post-apprenticeship workshop experience, with solid alloy fabrication exposure
- Ability to read and interpret advanced isometric drawings
- Ability to work independently and take ownership jobs from start to finish
- Proficiency in MIG welding is essential
- Ability to pass a practical TIG & MIG weld test on alloy & mild steel material
- Ability to pass medical and D&A; screening if required
- Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication of a wide range of projects and materials
- Complete jobs independently within allocated job timeframes
- Operate workshop equipment including Brake Press
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Contribute positively to team culture and workshop discussions
