Membership & Community Coordinator

MyFirstGym North Lakes | Casual | 15–25 hours per week

MyFirstGym North Lakes is looking for a confident, outgoing and organised Membership & Community Coordinator to join our team!

This is a hands-on role combining front of house, membership consulting, customer experience, community engagement and assistant management. You’ll work closely with the Club Manager to create an amazing experience for our families while helping grow the club.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage front of house and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct club tours, trial handbacks and membership consultations
- Follow up leads, trials and member enquiries
- Work towards membership, retention and revenue KPIs
- Build relationships with members, families and the local community
- Develop relationships with local schools, businesses and community organisations
- Assist with marketing, events, birthday parties and holiday programs
- Support the Club Manager with day-to-day club operations
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming club

- Is organised, reliable and takes initiative
- Can multitask and work independently
- Can commit to consistent weekday and Saturday morning hours




- Is available to work throughout school holidays
- Is looking for a long-term role with opportunities to grow
- Has experience in customer service, sales, administration or management (desirable)
- Has a genuine interest in health, fitness and the local community

This role would suit someone looking for consistent ongoing work rather than a short-term or school/uni-based position.

Requirements

- 15–25 hours per week, with potential for additional hours
- Weekday and Saturday morning availability
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience working with children and families is desirable

Job Type: Casual
Work Location: In person

Pay: $25.53 – $34.04 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
