We’re looking for an organised, tech-savvy and customer-focused all-rounder to join our Operations & Dispatch team. This is not just a pick-and-pack role — this is a hands-on position at the heart of our online business.

If you love problem solving, working with systems, talking to customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll be the link between our customers, production team, and delivery drivers — ensuring every online order is handled with care from click to doorstep.

This role combines:

- E-commerce order processing
- Customer service (phone & email)
- Dispatch coordination
- Daily operations support

No two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

E-Commerce & Dispatch

- Managing and processing daily online orders
- Printing invoices, gift tags & coordinating custom requests
- Coordinating delivery routes using routing software
- Supporting driver dispatch and ensuring on-time departures
- Monitoring same-day orders and updating systems in real time
- Assisting with stock coordination and freezer inventory checks

Customer Experience

- Answering inbound phone enquiries professionally and confidently
- Responding to customer emails with warmth and efficiency
- Handling order changes, delivery issues and special requests
- Turning problems into positive WOW moments

Operations Support

- Maintaining organised dispatch and packing areas
- Supporting daily production coordination




- Identifying process improvements within dispatch and customer flow
- General admin and operational tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence answering phones and speaking with customers
- High attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (Shopify, email, routing software etc.)
- Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Reliable, punctual and positive
- A valid driver’s licence
