The Role

We're hiring a full-time Wall & Floor Tiler to join our on-road repair team. You'll be working in occupied homes and apartments across Melbourne, carrying out:

- Tile removal and replacement

- Silicone removal, preparation and re-caulking to a high finish

- Epoxy regrouting of showers, floors and wet areas

- Waterproofing preparation and application

- Identifying signs of water ingress, mould and efflorescence and reporting findings back to the office

Most jobs run 1-2 days. You'll be in someone's home, so presentation, clean work and clear communication with the client matter as much as trade skill.

What You Need

- Minimum 2 years' experience in tiling, or labouring on tiling

- Confident with tile replacement and caulking

- Able to communicate professionally with homeowners and body corporate clients





- Full working rights in Australia

- Current driver's licence

- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a clean job site

Students are welcome to apply only if you are currently studying a tiling qualification and can commit to full-time hours. This is not a casual or part time role.

What We Offer

- $85,000 - $110,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
