We’re looking for a reliable and capable gardener to join our growing team at All Round Gardens & Reticulation.

We provide professional garden maintenance to a loyal customer base across Perth, and we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a short-term job. This is an opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team with consistent work and plenty of variety.

THE ROLE

You’ll work as part of a supportive two-person team, visiting our regular residential customers and keeping their gardens looking their best.

Every day is a little different, so you won’t be stuck doing the same thing over and over. You’ll have the opportunity to use your gardening skills across a wide range of properties and garden styles.

Your work may include:

- Lawn mowing and edging
- Whipper snipping
- Hedge trimming and shaping
- Pruning and general plant maintenance
- Weeding and clearing garden beds
- Planting
- Garden clean-ups and general tidy-ups
- Mulching and spreading fertiliser
- Basic reticulation work when required

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, knows their way around garden equipment and takes pride in the finished result.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We’re happy to consider someone with solid gardening experience or interest who is keen to learn and develop their skills.

You’ll need:

- A current C-class driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
