The Role: We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our amazing team on a Casual basis. You’ll be providing person-centred support and helping our participants live life to the fullest.

About You: We’re more interested in the right attitude than a long resume! If you're kind-hearted, reliable, and genuinely care about others, you're already off to a excellent start.

What you will bring to UDC:





- Has experience supporting people with complex behaviours and have worked with mental health clients.
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Have a valid driver’s licence - reliable vehicle for if clients need Community Access.
- Must be available for 6am - 9am & 4pm - 7pm shifts, passive sleepover shifts
