You must be highly motivated and focused, demonstrate excellent culinary skill, have strong attention to detail, and a great work ethic.

Experience & Skills:

- Proven experience in a similar role in a high-end catering or event setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capability to multi-task.
- Fully understands and complies with OH&S; standards and food safety requirements
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Robust work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication and time management
- Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
