Warehouse Coordinator – Solar & Electrical

Ready to take charge of a warehouse and make it your own?

AG Solar is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to run our Caringbah warehouse and keep our installation teams organised, stocked and ready to go.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in keeping things organised and doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing.

What you’ll be doing

- Picking and packing solar and battery jobs
- Loading installation vehicles each morning
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Managing stock and keeping inventory records accurate
- Completing regular stocktakes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, secure and organised
- Managing pallets, rubbish and recycling
- Handling returned, damaged and warranty stock
- Tracking tools and equipment
- Working with our operations team to prepare upcoming jobs
- Improving warehouse systems as the business grows

What we’re looking for

- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is essential
- A current forklift licence is essential
- A current driver’s licence
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
- Strong organisation and attention to detail




- Confidence using inventory software and basic computer systems
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Comfortable completing physical, hands on work
- Clear communication with suppliers, tradespeople and office staff

Experience with solar, electrical, construction or trade supplies would be highly regarded.

Location: Caringbah, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, with early morning starts
