What we are looking for: We are searching for a vibrant and experienced bartender who brings energy, creativity, and a passion for hospitality for our Lotus Venues.

What you will need to succeed:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year behind the bar, with a proven background as a cocktail bartender in high-volume, professional hospitality environments.
- Licensing: Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and competency card.
- Skills & Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of classic drinks and mixology, alongside stock management experience (ordering and inventory).
- Leadership & Mindset: Hands-on, ego-free leadership style with a focus on teamwork, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills with fluent English and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Presentation & Personality: Friendly, positive,



energetic disposition with fantastic personal presentation.
- Availability: Flexible and reliable, with availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
