SWC Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable Warehouse Pick Packers for warehouse opportunities across Sydney and Melbourne.

Applicants must currently have valid working rights in Australia. SWC Staffing Solutions is unable to provide visa sponsorship for these positions.

The role involves picking, packing, preparing orders and completing general warehouse duties. Day and night shifts are available, with applicable penalty rates paid.

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience is preferred but not required. Training and support will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities

- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for dispatch
- Follow workplace procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Complete general warehouse duties as required
- Work effectively as part of a team

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Current legal working rights in Australia
- Ability to work in Australia without employer sponsorship
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Valuable reliability and punctuality




- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse or pick packing experience is advantageous but not required

Pre-employment requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete a police check as part of the pre-employment screening process.

SWC Staffing Solutions will cover the cost of the police check.
