Casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender Bar & Restaurant · Casual Position · Melbourne, VIC

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused food & beverage attendant to join our team on a casual basis. Whether you're behind the bar mixing cocktails or out on the floor delivering a outstanding dining experience, you'll be a key part of what makes our venue tick.

What you'll be doing

- Serving guests at the bar and on the floor with a warm, professional approach
- Mixing and serving cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
- Taking orders, processing payments, and managing tables efficiently
- Assisting with food service and maintaining presentation standards
- Ensuring compliance with RSA guidelines at all times
- Keeping bar and floor areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready

What we're looking for

- Current RSA certification (required)
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant,



or hospitality setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holiday
