We are currently looking for an Experience Barista / Supervisor with relevant high volume experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in running operations for the store including staff management and making coffee and have knowledge in; Adjusting the Grind Extraction Times Milk Texturing and Temps Latte Art Free Pour You must be available and willing to work weekends and public holidays, This is a great opportunity to join our fun and friendly team.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Managing and allocating jobs to each staff
- Marketing
- Work with Kitchen staff to develop nad assist in launching new menus
- Managing to dispense great coffee efficiently during high demand times
- Able to demonstrate latte art
- Work as part of a team under the direction of the owner
- Provide the best customer experience
- Assist with the Training & management of staff




- Contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the cafe
- Implementing new ideas & improving current standards
- Honest and Friendly
- Assisting in any area of Front of house
- Able to perform opening and closing café including preparation

Located in main busy Centre road with lots street parking available, flexible working hours with at least 5 days / week (however, we required someone who can work on weekends)

You must have previous experience in café as supervisor or manager!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
