What You’ll Be Doing

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll take charge of winning new listings, driving strong results, and delivering a standout client experience. You’ll lead appraisals, run high-impact campaigns, and confidently manage inspections from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales
- A proven track record of selling a minimum of 15 properties within the last 12 months
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset
- A driven, self-motivated personality who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace




- A passion for real estate and commitment to ongoing career growth
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (formerly known as the Agents Representative Certificate)
- Full driver’s license
- A growth mindset — continually improving, embracing challenges, and actively developing skills to achieve higher performance
- Process-driven discipline — following established sales systems, staying organised, and managing each stage of the sales cycle with consistency and precision
