Our cafe in the lower Crown Wollongong is seeking a barista all-rounder.
Availability 6:45am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday. Must have minimum of 1 year experience as Barista
Ideal Candidates will have
- Previous baristas experience
- A reliable and punctual nature with a strong work ethic
- Can-do attitude is essential
- Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community workplace
- Can work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare barista-quality coffee and beverages
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and systems
- Follow portion control and presentation standards
- Deliver positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Balance serving customers, processing payments
- Effectively communicate with other team members
- Maintain a clean and tidy working area
- Clean the dishes
