McDonald's Ballina is searching for a qualified Shift Manager to join our team. Must have completed part or all of the McDonald's Shift Manager course.

You may already be a Crew Trainer or Area leader ready to take the next step, or a current manager wanting to have a sea-change.

Either way, we will invest in your development and you can work and live in the most beautiful part of the world. ( Ballina has its own glorious beaches plus Lennox Head, Broken Head, Byron Bay all within 30 mins!) .

Full-time or part-time available for the right candidates.

These are the things we are searching for in applicants;

- A can do, customer focused attitude
- 18+ years ( due to Safety and Security training requirements)
- Willingness to work Shift hours (we are 24 hours)
- Need to be able to work a minimum of 25-30 hours per week
- Willingness to be based near Ballina, NSW
- Completed McDonald's specific training pathway through to Shift Manager level.




- Heavy focus on safety and people compliance
- A desire to help crew develop
- A customer first attitude
- A full driver's license is also a plus but not essential.
